After using the usual High Street Opticians, it was a relief to find such a professional company and friendly, they explained everything to me as it was happening. Parag did not try to sell me glasses, he let me decide what to do. What a refreshing change. I would recommend Parag and Care Optics to anyone needing their eyes tested.”

“I've known Parag at Care Optics for 3 years and engaged his company as my optician very soon after. Everything he does is customer focused and he has built a great team. Very friendly and knowledable and the 3 premises are all well set out and with a wide selection of frames. The expert advice on frame selection ensured I got the best fitted frames i've ever had and the thorough eye test gave me great peace of mind and reassurance. I thoroughly recommend Parag and his staff at Corporate Care Solutions Ltd and Care Optics.”

Our Dagenham branch was founded in the late sixties and has always been a prominent part of the local community. We have looked after generations of same families and have embraced new ones.
Vision Aid Overseas was started from the Dagenham practice by one of the founders. It is a world wide charity that takes old spectacles to the third world, this charity continues today.
As a practice, we are continuing our charitable work within the community by doing visual screening for children and raising awareness of eye health at local schools, nurseries and day centres.
We also support Barking & Dagenham Rugby club by helping them with their sports intiative.
